      Each and every trip to the seafood market starts with our FDA certified refrigerated truck.
While in the market place we hand inspect and select from the "top catch", thus making our product the freshest!

The Patriot Oysters have a lovely tear-drop shape measuring about 3x3, with sturdy shells splashed with olive and lime greens. A bite into one gives a burst of salty ocean water upfront that mellows to some sweet vegetal notes, and a hint of cream. Hearty meat and a firm texture round out the perfect bivalve package. The flavor profile is described as having plump meats with medium brine containing notes of umami and clean sweet mineral finish.

Did you know....Tony's family have proudly served in ALL branches of the US military.  Both families veterans list begin with the American Revolutionary War and every American War after that including Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. 6 Purple Hearts, Bronze Stars, Silver Star and many more medals. 1 POW of WWII, who survived a Nazi death march.  Just another fact, our family fought in the French - Indian War for England in the 1760's. Later fought for George Washington against England in 1775 to help form the United States of America.

Crabs fatten up to make it through the process of molting, rendering soft shell crabs intensely flavorful. Soft crab lovers will appreciate that ours are sold live, cleaned, or fried. Our Maryland soft shell crabs are easy to prepare and a true gourmet seafood delicacy.
